Who We Are

The Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall® is a nationally recognized civic program engineered by the CDMA Business Model®. We believe the young people most affected by unsafe streets should be the ones leading the conversation about how to fix them. Our CDMA Business Model® goes far beyond the classroom. We activate youth as paid apprentices real participants with real roles in the design and delivery of public safety experiences in their own communities. They don't just learn about traffic safety. They become the voices, the creators, and the connectors who bring it to life. Every Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall® is built on three things: the power of media and storytelling, the intelligence of community data, and the energy of hands-on civic action. Together these three elements turn a single event into a lasting impact for the young people involved, for their families, and for the neighborhoods that need it most. This is what makes the Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall® different. It isn't a lecture. It isn't a flyer. It's a full experience designed by professionals, delivered by youth, and felt by the whole community.

The Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall® has been a trusted presence in schools and communities across the country. We started with a simple belief that young people deserve to be heard when it comes to the safety of their own streets. Over the years that belief has grown into a proven program built on real relationships with families, educators, and community leaders who share that same commitment. Today the Youth Traffic Safety Town Hall® is recognized by universities, city agencies, and federal partners as a model that puts youth at the center of traffic safety not as passengers, but as leaders.

Real-World Learning: Our youth don't just sit in classrooms they go out into their own neighborhoods to observe, document, and understand the traffic conditions affecting their daily lives.

Trusted by Educators & Experts: Our curriculum has been recognized by national safety organizations and universities as a model worth following because it gets results young people can be proud of.

Works Anywhere: From DC, Maryland to New York and beyond, our program is designed to fit right into any school, library, or community center so your child's neighborhood can benefit too.
